Golf Tournament: May 27, 2012
Noon registration/1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start

Join us for our 2nd Annual Spirit of America Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Swansea Country Club, 299 Market Street and will be a modified scramble format. Registration begins at noon with a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start.

$100.00 per golfer includes, lunch, golf fee, cart, gift bag, rangeballs and a BBQ dinner. Join us! Prizes for Putting, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and more...

Orange Crate Derby: June 10, 2012
1:30 p.m. Check-in/3:00 p.m. Start

The Bristol Fourth of July Committee's 62nd Annual Orange Crate Derby will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012 (rain date: June 17, 2012) on Bayview Avenue. The Derby check-in start at 1:30 pm and the races will begin at 3:00 pm. There will be one practice run allowed per entry. The race will be double elimination. Drivers should be between the ages of 7 and 14, be a resident of Bristol, RI, and all drivers are required to wear a helmet with chin strap, elbow pads, gloves. Optional safety gear includes goggles, mouth guard, safety belt.

Vintage Baseball: June XX, 2012
1:00 p.m.

The Bristol Fourth of July Committee presents its Annual Vintage Baseball Game. This year's game will be between the Bristol Blues and the Providence Grays.

The game will be played by 1863 rules baseball. The game will be played at the Bristol Town Common, with the game starting at 1:00 p.m.. There are small grand stands available, bring lawn chairs if desired. There is also a wheel chair accessible bathroom.

Roadrace: June 20, 2012
5:00 p.m Registration/5:30 p.m. start

The annual 5K Road Race will be held at the Town Common at 5:30 p.m. .

Tennis Tournament: August XX, 2012
8:00 a.m.

The Annual Tennnis Tournament will be held at the Mt. Hope High School tennis courts. All ages are encouraged to participate. Awards will be presented for Singles and Doubles.
