MISS FOURTH OF JULY 2007
On Saturday, May 26th, more than 300 people gathered in the Mt. Hope High School Auditorium to celebrate the 59th Annual Miss Fourth of July and the 11th Little Miss Fourth of July pageant.

Nicole Silvia, 19, won the 59th Miss Fourth of July crown. Miss Silvia, daughter of Joseph Karl and Stephany Silvia, attends Providence College with a double major in secondary education and English. Nicole's future ambition is to receive a doctorate degree in education administration and eventually become the Superintendent of Schools for the Bristol Warren Regional School District. She enjoys running, working out, shopping, reading, traveling, karate, and baking chocolate chip cookies. She was crowned by 2006 Miss Fourth of July, Victoria Thomsom.

The Miss Fourth of July Court are first runner-up Kaitlyn Mac Donough; second runner-up Brittany Leigh Pacheco; third runner-up Amanda Pion; and fourth runner-up Kristin Belmore.

LITTLE MISS FOURTH OF JULY 2007
Andersyn Costa won the 11th Little Miss Fourth of July crown. Andersyn is 8 years old and is the daughter of Kevin and Ava Costa. She attends Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School and is in the third grade. When she grows up, Andersyn would like to be a fashion designer. She enjoys scrapbooking, snowboarding, dancing, gymnastics, and doing her nails. She was crowned by 2006 Little Miss Fourth of July, Victoria Sousa.

The Little Miss Court is first runner-up was Rachel Claire Bernardo; and second runner-up Allyssa Rose Cordeiro.

Miss Congeniality was awarded to Abrah Albritton.
