- CONCERT 2
If you like the Eagles,
you will love Spread Eagle; 7:00-9:15 p.m.
Spread Eagle: A Tribute to the Eagles formed
out of passion for the music The Eagles brought to us over
the past 35 years. They have endeavored to re-create the
fantastic musical and vocal sound of The Eagles… and, they’ve
succeeded by all accounts! Spread Eagle: Tribute To The
Eagles puts on an Eagles Concert you’ll not soon forget!
They have by far captured the essence of The Eagles in every
song they play. From the ballads such as Desperado,
Wasted Time, I Can’t Tell You Why, and Best Of My Love,
to the country-rock songs like Lyin’ Eyes, Take It Easy,
Peaceful Easy Feeling, and Tequila Sunrise, and to their
power house rock hits like Hotel California, Life In The
Fast Lane, Get Over It, and Victim Of Love, Spread Eagle
plays their very best. In addition to that core material,
they also play the hits from the solo careers of Don Henley,
Joe Walsh, and Glenn Frey.
The long-awaited new double-CD release of ‘Long Road Out
Of Eden’ put The Eagles back out on the radio and into
music videos in late 2007. Several songs have already become
popular, and “How Long” got them nominated for
Best Vocal Group Of The Year at the ACM awards and two nominations
at the 2008 CMT awards. Spread Eagle has
begun to play some of these new songs including “How Long,”
“Busy Being Fabulous,” “Somebody,” and “Don’t Want
To Hear Any More.”
Based out of central Massachusetts, the band plays regionally
and nationally, playing up and down the east
coast, and as far west as Texas, at venues large and small..
They have pledged to become an internationally
sought after act!

- CONCERT 10
Get ready for the elite, David Foster
& The Mohegan Sun All-Stars take the stage;
7:00-9:15 p.m.
David Foster and the Mohegan Sun All-Stars
(formerly the Shaboo All-Stars) have performed innumerable
times up and down the East Coast over the past twenty-five
years. In April of 2001,the Mohegan Sun Casino contracted
the Shaboo All-Stars to be their house band, thus the name
change. Mr. Foster has numerous illustrious musicians available
to him and puts together various combinations of them to
create rich, memorable performances. The band is usually
a six to eight piece aggregation consisting of drums, bass,
guitar, keyboards, sax and David on lead vocals. Depending
on budgets, the band can consist of up to fifteen pieces.
The All-Stars have been very successful playing classic
rhythm and blues, deeply rooted in the blues, and the Memphis
R&B genre; timeless, danceable music that appeals to every
generation.
All of the musicians mentioned here have many more credits
than can be included in this bio. The rhythm section of
the All-Stars for the past sixteen years have included such
notables as Mitch Chakour on keyboards and vocals and Cliff
Goodwin on lead guitar; two of Joe Cocker’s veterans. Wolf
Ginandes, a Boston-based veteran performer & session player
tastefully assumes bass guitar duties. Drummer, Marty Richards,
toured with jazz great Gary Burton for 10 years and recorded
with Norah Jones & the Fabulous Thunderbirds.
The horn section can include any or all of the following:
Jimmy Biggins, tenor sax standout, formerly with James Taylor;
saxophonist Baron Raymonde who previously toured with Rod
Stewart; Don Harris a former Tower of Power trumpeter; Curt
Ramm, most recently played trumpet with Bruce Springsteen
and “The Seeger Sessions” Tour; Bill Holloman on sax, trumpet,
keyboards and vocals whose credits include touring with
Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Bros. and Chic.
Over the years, the All-Stars roster has grown to include
other superb musicians who might sit in when they are available.
Deric Dyer, saxophonist for Tina Turner’s “Break Every Rule”
Tour joins the band frequently. Mike Finnegan, long-time
organist/vocalist of Crosby, Stills & Nash and Etta
James flies in from LA to join the group when he is not
otherwise engaged. Christine Ohlman, known as the “Beehive
Queen” for her mile-high platinum hairdo, brings her special
flash to the All-Stars as the long-time vocalist with the
Saturday Night Live Band. She has paired on-stage with celebrities
such as Al Green, George Harrison and Chrissy Hynde to name
a few. Bob Leinbach of Orleans, Joe Cocker, Fabulous Rhinestones
on trombone/keyboards/vocals, sometimes joins the band.
Other very special artists who sit in occasionally are guitarist/vocalist
Larry Hoppen of Orleans renown; Kal David, a fine guitartist/vocalist
of Fabulous Rhinestones, Illinois Speed Press fame and Jeff
Pevar, on lead guitar, who recently toured with Crosby,
Stills & Nash and in the past, Ray Charles.
In the band’s twenty-plus year history legendary people
have joined the All-Stars on-stage, most notably, Chuck
Berry, Muddy Waters, Keith Richards, Dan Ackroyd, Maceo
Parker and Buddy Guy. The band has also supported tour dates
with Ray Charles, James Brown, Delbert McClinton, Stevie
Ray Vaughn, Elvin Bishop, Etta James, Joe Cocker, B.B. King
and Southside Johnny & The
Asbury Jukes. The New York Post reported “GLORIOUS ALL-STAR
BLUES”. The Boston Herald: ”Playing their own, The All-Stars
are a hit”. The Hartford Courant: “David Foster Gets Equal
Justice on Television” (referring to ABC network airing
of David’s album on the TV show Equal Justice, four weeks
in a row). The All-Stars original tune “What A Life” has
been spot featured on
CBS Sports “Hilton Head Heritage Golf Classic” the past
four years.
As its third decade continues, the All-Stars enjoy an extraordinary
reputation and are known all through the East as a musician’s
band.

TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2008
- CONCERT 12
Things start with Pat McAloon at 6:30
p.m. with recording artist the Pat McGee Band playing
their original contemporary music at 7:30 p.m.
Pat McAloon may get compared to Jason Mraz and Dave
Matthews, but 28-year-old McAloon has a style all his own.
His eclectic mix of folk, rock and pop, unique voice and
obvious enthusiasm have helped the band build a strong and
expanding fan base in their home state of Rhode Island as
well as the Boston and New York areas. Expect some improvising
and scatting during the set, along with some new tracks
and some covers.
The concerts are sponsored by XXXX.
Pat McGee Band has returned to its roots with their
latest independent album "These Days (The Virginia Sessions)."
Over the last 11 years, the band typically performed in
around 250 shows a year--selling out many top venues and
building a strong nationwide fan base. The band has produced
seven albums, three independently, one with Giant/Warner
Brothers, one with Warner Brothers, a CD/DVD with Kirtland
Records and now, the latest independent release "These Days
(The Virginia Sessions)."
The band suffered a tragic loss last fall when drummer Chris
Williams died suddenly and unexpectedly of heart failure
at the age of 38. Williams had been the band’s drummer from
the beginning days of PMB. The loss of Chris lit a fire
under the group to continue on in full force, and, with
Pat, it has inspired a whole new batch of songs for “These
Days.” The new songs range from the moving ballads “End
of October” and “Come Back Home,” in memory of Chris, to
some of the most upbeat songs the band has recorded.
PMB’s trademark rich harmonies are front and center on the
new record. Former band members Al Walsh and Todd Wright
joined the band for some of the tunes, as did sax great
Michael Ghegan, who appears often with the band. Other guest
artists on the album include Mike Meadows on cello, Nate
Brown on drums and Hugh McGee on vocals.
After seven years releasing records with major labels, PMB
has returned to its independent roots. This “independent”
idea started when Pat entered the studio this January with
old friend and former band mate, Todd Wright to start recording
demos of the new songs. Todd and Pat used to share the bill
in DC-area clubs back in the mid-90's and have come full
circle with Todd producing “These Days.” While putting together
the demos, the band realized that they wanted to do the
entire project independently so PMB parted ways with their
record company.
While at Longwood College in Farmville, VA, Pat produced
his solo debut album “from the wood.” After college in 1995,
he formed Pat McGee Band, which played often in the Richmond
and DC-areas and up and down the East coast before becoming
a national headline band playing shows at the premier 1000-2000
seat venues in the U.S. and Canada. The band has sold out
shows at many of the top venues in the country including,
several shows at Wolf Trap, their hometown amphitheater.
The band released two independent albums, “Revel,” and a
live album “General Admission” before signing with Warner
Brothers where they released two albums “Shine” and “Save
Me.” Last December 2006, Kirtland Records released the DVD/CD
called “Vintage Stages Live” recorded at the Barns at Wolf
Trap and at Workplay Theatre in Birmingham, AL.
Early on the band allowed fans to tape live shows and encouraged
them to trade those recordings. A fan-sponsored group “Identities,”
named after one of Pat’s first songs, helped spread the
music far and wide in the early years. Many of those original
Identities remain the band’s most loyal fans.
Pat performed on NBC’s “Last Call with Carson Daly” last
summer and has been seen on many ESPN events. Pat and the
band sang the National Anthem at the Washington Nationals’
game and at a Chicago White Sox game this summer and have
performed the Anthem at many major league sports events
across the country, including the Redskins-Falcons game
last December, which for Pat, a long-time Redskins fan,
was one of the highlights of his career. The band has performed
for PGA golfer John Daly’s charity events.
The band has been on the bill with major artists, such as
Allman Brothers Band, The Who, Fleetwood Mac, Jimmy Buffett,
Counting Crows, Blues Traveler, and James Taylor.
