COMMEMORATIVE BUTTON CONTEST
In keeping with tradition the Bristol Fourth of July Committee is holding it’s 17th Annual Commemorative Button Contest. Click to download the 2008 Button Contest Form.

BUTTON CONTEST RULES

• Must be a Bristol Resident ages 5-18.


• Open to students in grades K-12.


• There is a limit of one entry per person.


• The deadline for entry is Friday, March 28, 2008.

BUTTON CONTEST DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
• Design must be submitted on an official entry form available at Rogers Free Library, 136 Express Printing and the Bristol Town Hall.


• Red, white and blue are the ONLY colors to be used in the button.


• Design MUST have patriotic theme.


• Design MUST include the following: Bristol, 223rd, Fourth of July, 2008


• Any media accepted; crayons, watercolor, markers, etc.
• Winning design may be enhanced for clarity when manufactured.
• Design will become the property of the Bristol Fourth of July Committee.



BUTTON CONTEST GRAND PRIZE
• Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100.00 Savings Bond and an invitation to be in the parade.

FOURTH OF JULY COMMITTEE
The Bristol Fourth of July Committee has approximately 100 members to date, with 23 lifetime members. They are a dedicated group of volunteers who put in thousands of hours to put together all of the fundraising events, special events, concerts, parade, etc. Click on the Committee links below and meet our committee.
